教学目标：

1.通过本课的学习能熟练的介绍在阳光镇的衣食住行，培养学生的语言能力；

2.通过本课的学习能依托文本素材，仿写介绍第二故乡------常州，培养学生的思维品质和

学习能力；

3.通过本课的学习培养学生热爱家乡之情，弘扬家乡传统文化习俗，发展学生文化品格。

教学重难点：通过本课的学习与交流，培养学生的英语学科核心素养。

教学过程：

Step One  Warm-up (每日小小朗读者)

S：One student’s daily report: Read and ask.

Ss: Listen carefully and answer the questions, try to win small prizes.

Step Two  Lead-in（乐游北京，同学新词）

The exchange students are coming. They are very interested in China.

T：---Where would you like to take them to if we want to show them around Beijing?

Ss:---I'd like to...

T / Ss: Free talk: Talk about some of the places of interest in Beijing and learn some new words.

Exercise 1（预习检测）

Step Three  Presentation

Ss: Guess where the exchange students would like to go.

T: What is Sunshine Town like?/Where is it?/How can we get there?/What can we do there?

Ss: Scan the passage,find out the key info. of Sunshine Town.(理清结构，查找要点)

Ss:Read and listening.(听说结合，提升能力)

T: Make sure the students can read them correctly.

Ss：Work in a group, introduce Sunshine Town to classmates as a guide.

   Welcome to London! It’s an old and large city. The Thames River (泰晤士河)runs through it. There are many things to do there.
